Plumbing and Heating Manager – MKM Building Supplies
Lead the sale of plumbing and heating products across a growing merchant network, driving customer acquisition, maximizing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Grow the customer base.
* Provide quotations to customers and maintain accurate pricing.
* Purchase materials and manage stock levels for the category.
* Engage customers face‑to‑face and over the telephone, delivering excellent service and product advice.
* Take a proactive approach to plumbing and heating sales, seizing every opportunity to make or increase a sale.
Qualifications and Skills
* Sound plumbing and heating product knowledge.
* Previous sales experience in a plumbing and heating merchant or builders’ merchant environment.
* Confident customer‑directed approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good telephone manner and ability to build great customer relationships.
* Computer literate.
