About the Role:
As a Classroom Teacher with QTS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education and inspiring students to develop a love for learning. Key Responsibilities of Classroom Teacher with QTS:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
* Teach a range of subjects to primary school students.
* Organise and supervise extracurricular activities and events, fostering a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
* Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to enhance the curriculum and support student development.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
* Promote health and safety in all activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices.
Requirements of Classroom Teacher with QTS:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
* Experience in teaching primary school students is essential.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
* The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
* Commitment to promoting a love for learning and curiosity about the world.
* Relevant qualifications or training in primary education (desirable but not essential).

* Have the right to work in the UK.
* Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
* Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
