Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager - New Build Homes located in Ashington, covering developments within Northumberland. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives, overseeing the entire sales process for new build homes, from initial customer inquiries to final transactions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities. The Sales Manager will also be accountable for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Experience in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Development
* Knowledge of New Build Homes Market and/ or Estate agency
* Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with Sales Software (COINS)
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
