We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Assistant to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including product upload to the website, general handling of telephone calls, managing customer queries, coordinating courier dispatches along with plant label printing.
Key Responsibilities
* Uploading products to the website.
* Answering and managing telephone calls in a professional manner.
* Responding to customer queries efficiently and courteously.
* Coordinating courier dispatches and ensuring timely deliveries.
* Assisting with plant label production (as required).
Key Requirements
* Computer literate including knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and fast learner with new software packages for label printing, website etc
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Previous office experience is preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of Excel
* Adaptable and able to be flexible in the role, including some hands on order packing at busy times of the year if required.
Contract Details
* Part-time: Approximately 24 hours per week (3 days), Monday to Friday.
* Flexibility is required to accommodate seasonal business demands.
