About South Park Enterprise College
South Park Enterprise College is an independent SEMH specialist school for students aged 11-16, many with EHCPs and diagnoses such as ADHD or ASD.
We provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people who have struggled in mainstream schools or face exclusion.
Key Responsibilities
* Be an active member of the school leadership team
* Support the Headteacher with school strategy and daily operations
* Represent or deputise for the Headteacher when needed
* Oversee pupil progress, curriculum, and standards
* Manage staff and resources effectively
* Help develop and implement the School Development Plan
* Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
Requirements
* Experience in a similar SEN provision
* Proven leadership and school improvement skills
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted and school standards
* Excellent classroom and teaching skills
* Skilled in whole-school behaviour management
* Deep understanding of SEND Code of Practice
* Clear understanding of Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance
