A growing, forward-thinking accountancy practice is seeking a Client Manager to play a key role in its next phase of growth. Working closely with the Director, you’ll combine technical excellence with a genuinely advisory, relationship-led approach. This is a visible, influential position with progression towards portfolio ownership and senior leadership firmly on the table.
The Role:
* Review statutory accounts, management accounts and tax computations
* Manage and grow relationships with SME and owner-managed clients
* Deliver clear advice across personal and corporate tax
* Lead client meetings as a trusted adviser
* Support and mentor junior team members
The Package:
* Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
* Hybrid working, 3–4 days in the Chippenham office with flexibility to work from home, typically Fridays
* Private healthcare after three months, including eye care and dental
* Employer pension contributions
* Birthday leave and additional Christmas closure days
About You:
* ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience within UK practice
* Strong background in accountancy practice
* Confident reviewing accounts and tax work
* Commercial, relationship-driven and proactive
* Ambitious to progress towards leadership
