You will lead on defining the product vision and roadmap, while driving a major HCM transformation programme incorporating system rebuilds and AI innovation.
The Role
This is a strategy-led role with a strong emphasis on direction, alignment, and long-term product evolution rather than day-to-day delivery. Working alongside Product Owners who manage execution, the HCM Product Manager will focus on defining priorities, steering multiple squads, and ensuring the product is positioned for future growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning and shaping the HCM product strategy and roadmap
* Translating senior leadership vision into clear, actionable product plans
* Leading a large-scale HCM transformation, including platform rebuilds and AI integration
* Overseeing multiple product squads and ensuring alignment across teams
* Collaborating closely with payroll and platform teams to deliver a cohesive product ecosystem
* Driving the evolution towards a single, fully integrated system
* Working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and QA to ensure high-quality outcomes
About You
