Responsibilities:
* Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure that materials and products are available for production and distribution.
* Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records within our stock management systems.
* Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure that stock movements are accurately recorded and reported.
* Investigate discrepancies in stock levels and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Assist in the implementation of inventory control processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
* Prepare reports and analyses on inventory performance to support management decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all stock control activities.
Requirements
* Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or related roles within the food industry is advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
