Available to start now? We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil in a welcoming primary school in Hayes. This is a full-time, long-term role with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 tailored support for a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEND)
* Help the child engage in learning and build confidence
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow learning plans
* Support social, emotional and academic development
* Promote positive behaviour and independence
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting children with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or speech & language needs)
* A patient, empathetic and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
