Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant will support the development and execution of our marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital content creation, social media management, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, wellness, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing Strategist
* Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms
* Film, edit, and produce promotional videos and photo content
* Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels including social media, WhatsApp, Google, and email
* Prepare and edit marketing materials such as correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
* Generate and analyze marketing performance reports
* Drive publicity and promotions across both digital and print platforms
* Manage and grow our online presence through consistent and strategic branding efforts
* Monitor customer reviews and assist in reputation management to align with our communication objectives
* Assist in the development, upkeep, and optimization of the company’s website
* Stay up to date with marketing trends and provide insights to inform future strategies
* Minimum commitment of 72 hours a month
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
* Experience with video and photo editing software is a plus
* Basic knowledge of website management (e.g. WordPress, Wix)
* Detail-oriented, creative, and organized
* Ability to multitask and work independently
