Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality employment law advice and representation to clients, including:
2. Contentious employment matters
3. Advising on and drafting settlement agreements
4. Drafting contracts of employment, policies and related documentation
5. Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently, on time and within budget
6. Comply with firm procedures and standards, including:
7. File and case management
8. Time recording
9. File audits and due diligence requirements
10. Provide an excellent level of client service, including:
11. Keeping clients informed of progress
12. Managing expectations clearly and professionally
13. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
14. Work collaboratively as part of the wider team, sharing knowledge, best practice and supporting colleagues where required
15. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
16. Ensure compliance with all professional obligations and regulatory requirements, including those set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
17. Take responsibility for ongoing professional development
18. Contribute to the growth and development of the firm, including participation in:
19. Marketing and PR activities
