Front of House Assistant (Receptionist) - Bristol - Freelance/Temporary
About the role:
This position serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees arriving at the Bristol offices. As the face of the company, you will be responsible for providing a warm, friendly, and professional greeting to everyone who enters. You will ensure that all visitors feel welcomed and directions are given accurately.
Key responsibilities
:
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and organised
• Greet all visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings
• Handle any enquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed Role requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role is advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic administrative skills and proficiency in Google Suite.
