Key Responsibilities: Agree and document purchase ledger invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes. Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to resolve discrepancies. Accurately post purchase invoices into the finance software. draught weekly subcontractor and monthly supplier payment runs. Maintain the purchase ledger with precision. Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks as needed.What You Bring: A minimum of 3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role. Intermediate proficiency in Excel. Strong written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with Epicor or larger systems than Sage 50 is a plus. A methodical, organised approach with a focus on processes.
