At Targeted Provision, we are dedicated to transforming the educational landscape for young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Disabilities (SEND). Our focus extends to those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).
We are seeking passionate SEN/SEND tutors who are eager to make a real difference in the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners in Lincolnshire. If you’re a qualified teacher ready to engage in 1:1 tutoring in a creative and trauma-informed way, we want to hear from you!

Your Role as an SEN/SEND Tutor:
* Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other educational needs.
* Support students referred by local authorities and schools in their educational and social-emotional journeys.
* Deliver flexible and holistic tutoring that is trauma-informed and tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver each tutoring session with creativity and engagement.
* Provide holistic sessions that advance both educational and social-emotional development.
* Complete lesson reports and offer constructive feedback on student progress.
What You Need to Succeed:
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QTLS).
* A minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
* Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other educational needs.
* Knowledge of safeguarding processes.
* Enhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this at cost).
* Two professional references.
* Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments.
Important: You must promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and follow safeguarding policies at all times.
Employment Details:
* This role involves short-term engagements as a Worker, with work available as needed.
* You will be contracted for service and paid via PAYE.
* No guaranteed work or expense coverage is provided.
* Our insurance covers the work you do for us.
* This is not a self-employed tutoring position.
