We are looking for

A Marketing Manager who is results-oriented, proactive, hands-on, flexible, and enthusiastic about being part of a best-in-class marketing team. If you have experience delivering and managing marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness, we would like to hear from you. It is essential that you have a strong attention to detail and solid communication skills. If you have experience working with a marketing team to implement, measure, and continually improve growth-driven marketing plans, we want to hear from you.

Role purpose

The Marketing Manager is an experienced, strategic, and hands-on marketing professional responsible for:

1. Executing growth-driven marketing plans and campaigns for LRQA within a targeted geographic area, under the guidance of the Regional Marketing Manager and aligned with global strategies and campaigns.
2. Delivering and optimizing marketing campaigns to ensure the right messages reach the right clients at the right time, resulting in lead generation, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increased brand awareness, consideration, advocacy, and loyalty.
3. Working within the area marketing team to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness, applying best practices in marketing campaigns and channels.
4. Providing insights and following best practice frameworks to drive effective growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing and executing area marketing plans and targeted campaigns aligned with global strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads within specific product and service categories.
2. Ensuring campaigns support a consistent LRQA brand look and feel, in line with global branding guidelines.
3. Utilizing centrally developed or approved content and best practice tools like Salesforce and Pardot, employing multiple channels such as website, social media, email, events, webinars, online advertising, retargeting, SEO, content localization, and PR.
4. Supporting increased brand awareness and thought leadership through the implementation of PR strategies and stakeholder relationships.
5. Maximizing campaign engagement through appropriate client segmentation and value propositions, supporting transactional, strategic, and Account-Based Marketing campaigns.
6. Collaborating with marketing, sales, and training teams, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery within budget.
7. Providing monthly reports on campaign effectiveness and engagement to improve lead generation and market positioning.
8. Offering innovative ideas for marketing channels, tactics, and tools to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
9. Fostering collaboration across teams to support business growth aligned with strategic focus areas.
10. Monitoring competitor activities and providing market feedback.

Key health & safety responsibilities

1. Minimizing employee risks by reviewing health and safety risks, applying controls, and ensuring safety considerations in all activities.
2. Ensuring personal compliance with health and safety rules and maintaining adequate resources and training.
3. Monitoring and reviewing safety performance, taking corrective actions, and suggesting improvements.

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements

1. Degree in marketing with at least several years of marketing and campaign coordination experience, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in the Certification, Testing, Inspection, and Compliance (TIC) or Professional Assurance Services sectors is a plus.
3. Strong communication skills, proficiency in English and the local language.
4. Experience with transactional and ABM campaigns in B2B or professional services environments.
5. Proficiency with marketing and sales systems like Dynamics, Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush.
6. Proactive problem-solving skills, good communication, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
7. Results-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, and resilient with a positive attitude.
8. Experience analyzing campaign data and making improvements.
