Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Developer with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Next JS and Vue JS with expertise in UX/UI design and accessibility. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly and visually appealing.
You Will Own/be Accountable For
* Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Vue JS and Next JS
* Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
* Ensure the technical feasibility of UI UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
* Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work seamlessly across various devices and platforms
* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and best practices
* Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance and user experience
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge
* Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
* Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to help them grow their skills
* Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic
* Ensure the security and integrity of web applications by implementing best practices and conducting regular security audits
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows
We Are Looking For Candidates With The Following
* Possess a strong background in UI UX design principles and best practices
* Strong expertise in frameworks like React (NextJS), Vue, and extensive experience in building scalable, performant web applications.
* Demonstrate proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Have strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
