Role Summary
TTI UK is seeking a Demand Planner to join our fast‑paced Operations team in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, you will analyse demand forecasts, support monthly demand reviews, and contribute to strategic demand planning for TTI UK.

Responsibilities
* Review and analyse sales forecasts, breaking down by customer and product to recommend actions and flag risks and anomalies.
* Conduct historical cleansing activities to improve forecast accuracy.
* Phase in/out maintenance and master data maintenance in the local forecasting system.
* Update the forecasting system with necessary forecasts.
* Support the Demand Planning Manager in monthly demand reviews with sales managers.
* Conduct weekly revision of overselling and underselling SKUs.
* Provide regular reporting and communication related to forecast accuracy versus business targets.
* Carry out other ad‑hoc responsibilities as requested by the line manager.
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum of one year of demand planning experience.
* Strong analytical thinking skills.
* Experience working in a consumer goods company (desirable).
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
* Experience analysing data within a demand planning position.
* Comfortable performing routine tasks with consistency and accuracy.
* Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Statements, SUMIFS).
* Experience working with SAP is highly advantageous.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to communicate with stakeholders across the business at different levels.
