Salary: Starting from £42,215 depending on skills & experience
What you’ll be doing:
Collaborating with our Shared Services and Function teams, as part of the wider HR team
Supporting the full Early Careers lifecycle, from application and interview stages through onboarding, progression, and transition into permanent roles
Working on a range of improvement projects to support our early careers within Integrated Combat Systems to support our growth
Supporting Personal and Career Development pathways and key learning initiatives
Mentoring and supporting Early Careers and ICS colleagues to drive their ongoing development
Your skills and experience:
Essential:
Experience of working with young people and/or apprenticeship schemes and graduate frameworks
Ability to coach, mentor and motivate people
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Proficient with MS Office
Experience in a customer-facing role
Desirable:
Valid UK driving licence (due to travel across our satellite sites)
