The Best Connection are seeking two Yard Operatives for a well-established Client based in Billingham to support their customers operation.
The Role:
* Lifting palletised material from the production line and stacking it in storage areas in the yard paying particular attention to the documentation, yard conditions & adhering to safety and quality standards
* Assisting FLT Drivers
* Ensuring all palletised products are protected from outside elements
* General houskeeping duties both within the production area and the outside yard
* Carry out, as required, quality checks on palletised material during production and loading activities
* Communicate effectively with visiting drivers, suppliers, customers & colleagues at all levels
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar environment
* Own transport desired due to location but not essential
* Good attention to detail
* Able to work to targets
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday with - with potential for overtime 08:00-16:00
Pay Rates:
* £12.21 per hour
