About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Logistics and Operations Manager to join their team. This role is key to ensuring seamless, efficient travel for the teams, including high-profile clients such as Formula 1 teams.
You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of travel logistics and operations, from hotel bookings to transport coordination – making sure every detail is covered. The role is hybrid, requiring office presence in London 1–2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate team travel, including transportation, hotel bookings, and detailed itineraries
* Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage all logistics
* Handle last-minute changes and resolve issues quickly and calmly
* Provide clear, consolidated travel information to stakeholders
* Manage group bookings, monitor budgets, and ensure a seamless travel experience
* Ensure all travel plans align with client and internal expectations
