Responsibilities
* Plan, develop, and deliver vocational training programmes
* Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
* Prepare and update course materials and resources
* Support learners through induction, guidance, and enrichment activities
* Liaise with employers, schools, and external agencies
* Promote safeguarding and uphold health & safety standards
* Participate in marketing, open days, and learner recruitment
* Maintain accurate records and comply with quality assurance processes
