A well-established organisation with an international presence is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term basis. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation project while delivering day-to-day generalist HR support within a dynamic and forward-thinking HR function. Key Responsibilities Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, L&D, and offboarding Support the rollout and optimisation of a new HR system Ensure HR practices remain compliant with UK employment law and internal standards Draft and review HR procedures, policies, and communications Act as a key contact for HR queries from employees and managers Assist with wider HR projects and support cross-site collaboration, including occasional travel About You Solid generalist HR experience including recruitment, ER, L&D, and wellbeing Strong understanding of UK employment legislation Confident managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills CIPD qualification or working towards Experience creating and reviewing HR policies and procedures Experience in multi-site or international businesses What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid working arrangement Company pension Life insurance Health and wellbeing support Ongoing training and development opportunities Cycle to work scheme and free on-site parking Supportive team culture and regular employee engagement initiatives
