Duty Manager

In this role, you'll be the heart and soul of our vibrant entertainment centre, overseeing everything from bowling lanes and soft play to our bar & diner, pool tables, and arcade.
You'll be responsible for:
* Leading the Charge: Manage daily operations, ensuring staff and customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
* Inspiring Greatness: Be a role model for your team, motivating them to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve their goals.
* Creating Memories: Surprise and delight our customers with exceptional attention to detail, making their visit unforgettable.
* Become the Expert: Sharpen your skills and become the go-to person for all things related to the centre's operation.
* Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Partner with the Centre Manager and Assistant Manager to develop local marketing initiatives that drive sales.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has at least a year of experience managing a fast-paced, customer-facing team.
* Lives and breathes customer service.
* Is a natural leader who can inspire and motivate others.
* Brings a positive and outgoing personality to the table.
* Loves to be hands-on and jump in wherever needed.
* Has a knack for the leisure and hospitality industry.
* Is available for evenings and weekends.
* Has a burning ambition for success
