Our employability team primarily works with adults who are further from the employment market, supporting them in gaining qualifications, building confidence, and soft skills. Our head office is based in County Durham, but our services operate nationally.
Role Information
DUTIES
* Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning, and assessment as scheduled with your Tutor Delivery Manager.
* Plan qualification delivery collaboratively, ensuring compliance with external requirements.
* Provide support systems to facilitate retention, achievement, and progression.
* Complete all E-registers promptly to required standards. Monitor attendance and performance, reporting effectively to management.
* Address learner requirements efficiently and promptly.
* Deliver engaging teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure positive learner experiences and timely achievement.
* Develop individual learning plans and conduct progress reviews, setting SMART targets.
* Complete assessments and documentation timely to meet awarding body, audit, and organizational standards.
* Submit portfolios for verification punctually and collaborate with IVs to ensure quality improvement.
* Engage in learning and development activities, maintaining a record of CPD.
* Contribute to learner disciplinary procedures as needed.
* Attend standardisation and team meetings to enhance team and individual performance.
* Promote safe working practices and safeguarding in line with legislation and policies.
* Provide support, advice, and guidance to learners, customers, and colleagues daily.
* Operate in accordance with company values and expected behaviors.
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout the organization.

* Hold Level 3 Teaching Qualification
