We are looking for a leadership position where you will influence how our school operates day‑to‑day and strategically. You will work closely with the Headteacher and School Business Manager to drive improvements across finance, HR, administration and site management.


What is the job role?

* Lead and manage a dedicated admin team.
* Support and oversee key aspects of school finance (Bromcom).
* Play a vital role in HR processes and staff management.
* Ensure the school runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
* Act as a key point of contact for staff, parents and visitors.


Qualifications & Experience

* Organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
* Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Experienced in school administration and finance systems (ideally Bromcom).
* Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
* Ability to lead, motivate and support a team.
* Solutions‑focused mindset with a keen eye for improving systems and processes.
* Experience in a busy school office environment.
* Strong knowledge of finance, HR and admin systems.
* Independent, with initiative, and a commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
