This is an excellent opportunity for you to join the Senior Leadership Team at Christ Church CE Primary and Nursery Academy.
We wish to appoint an excellent, highly motivated and committed Assistant Head with high aspirations for children’s learning and behaviour to join our dedicated team at Christ Church CE Primary and Nursery Academy.
We are looking for a unique individual with the ability to motivate, lead and inspire.
You will:
1. Work in partnership with the SLT and Governors to ensure the best for all pupils
2. Ideally have previous experience in a senior leadership role
3. Have a record of excellent classroom practice with high expectations for all pupils
4. Demonstrate outstanding organisational, management, leadership and interpersonal skills
5. Have the ability to motivate and support all members of the academy community
6. To lead all Key Stages, modelling and delivering high quality education and assessment which will lead to improved outcomes of learning and achievement
7. To lead effective coaching and mentoring of teaching staff through modelling Outstanding practice.
8. To lead on Teaching and Learning and assessment
9. To lead a subject area (PSHE and co-lead on Mental Health and Wellbeing)
10. Have a teaching commitment (approx. 1 day a week to cover either middle leaders or ECTs)
11. To lead on Assessment, analysing and responding to data across the academy.
