Duties Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com and other revenue platforms Meet with stakeholders to determine business, functional, and technical requirements and support application design, configuration, testing and deployment Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms. Develop highly interactive and customer-centric UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies. Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third party applications Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data Follow and understand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from installation upgrades, product releases, and acquisitions Work closely with enablement to ensure on-time and quality delivery of releases Requirements 4 years of Salesforce development experience, including advanced Salesforce certifications Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java Competency in other languages/development (XML, Flex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, C++, SOAP-based web services) In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com and other platforms A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices Ability to write, interpret, critique and implement technical specifications Experience working with large data sets and bulkification Growth mindset with inherent curiosity and personal drive, ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-based global environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to key stakeholders Nice to have Proficiency in Salesforce Sales cloud, and supporting tool sets such as Gong, Outreach, ChiliPiper, etc. or equivalents Experience with Hubspot, Gainsight, DeaHub or similar GTM technologies Experience with enterprise integration tools such as Syncari, Workato, Mulesoft, Fivetran or Informatica Gainsight Level 3 Certification highly desirable Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are required.
