Location: Crookhey Hall, Cockerham, LA2 0HA
Salary: £31,650 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

About The Role
As a Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupil achievement and ability to develop. This is a great opportunity for a Teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. You will work in a school with a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in decisions whenever possible. Under the direction of the Deputy Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will carry out the professional duties of a schoolteacher as set out in current School policies, uphold the professional code of the GTC, and teach in accordance with the ethos, organisation and policies of the school as a fully committed member of the teaching team.

About Us
Crookhey Hall School is a Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) school for boys and girls aged 10–17. We provide an educational experience that develops academic and vocational skills, personal growth and self-esteem, helping each pupil aspire to reach their full potential.
Crookhey Hall School is located in a 15-acre setting south of Cockerham, near Lancaster. A driving licence is beneficial due to the location.
