Key Responsibilities
* Lead GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.
* Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with the product development team to identify and prioritize features that meet user needs and marketing goals.
* Messaging & Storytelling: Work with product teams to understand features and craft compelling messaging for different customer segments.
* Content Development: Partner with content, demand gen, and product teams to create assets like one-pagers, web copy, email sequences, and case studies.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage teams to ensure timely launch activities such as content creation, PR outreach, influencer marketing, and email campaigns.
* Community Amplification: Collaborate with KOLs and influencers in the crypto and Web3 space to promote products and engage users.
* Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define KPIs for GTM success and refine strategies based on performance data.
Basic Qualifications
* 6+ years in product marketing within tech, with at least 2 years in crypto/Web3 or blockchain.
* Proven success in product launches and driving adoption through marketing efforts.
* Deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 ecosystem, including market research and GTM strategy development.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team in a startup environment.
* Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both technical and creative.
