New Directions Education is looking for caring, adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of SEND settings in Leeds. This is flexible supply work, perfect for anyone wanting variety, work–life balance, and the chance to make a real difference. This role is in high demand with several roles currently available for immediate start.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (SEN, SEMH, ASD, MLD)
2. Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment
3. Working 1:1 or in small groups
4. Following EHCPs and behaviour support strategies
