We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Hotel Receptionistto join our fantastic venue.

The Role:
As Senior Hotel Receptionist, your role will include:
9. Deliver warm, personalized, and discreet service to every guest, setting the tone for a luxury experience
10. Handle all phone and in-person interactions with elegance, efficiency, and attention to detail
11. Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes that feel effortless and refined
12. Maintain a pristine, inviting reception area that reflects a high standard of excellence
13. Manage all correspondence and guest information with care, discretion, and precision
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
14. Proven experience in front desk or guest-facing roles within a luxury or high-end environment
15. Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
16. A naturally outgoing personality, service-first mindset and a passion for delivering personalized, five-star experiences
