THE ROLE As an Account Direct, you will be involved in the following: This Account Director position sits within the client services team, working closely with a senior account lead while taking ownership of day-to-day client relationships. You’ll be responsible for understanding client objectives from a strategic standpoint and translating those into clearly scoped, commercially sound CRM projects. The role spans a mix of always-on and project-based clients. Some accounts are highly creative and development-led, while others are more campaign and data strategy focused. You’ll oversee project scoping, client presentations, approvals, and delivery, ensuring work meets both strategic and creative expectations. There will be some people management responsibilities, though this is balanced with hands-on client leadership. You’ll act as the main point of contact day to day, while senior stakeholders retain overall relationship ownership. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience at Account Director level or a strong Senior Account Manager ready to step up Background in data-led marketing, digital, or CRM-adjacent work Proven experience working with large, well-known brands Comfortable operating in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple concurrent projects Strong client-facing skills, able to scope work, present confidently, and gain buy-in BENEFITS Salary range of £42,000–£55,000 depending on experience Hybrid working: three days per week in the Bristol office Exposure to high-profile brands Supportive, sociable team culture with clear emphasis on collaboration
