Key Responsibilities:
* Processing end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Handling complex payroll queries and providing expert advice on PAYE, pensions, and statutory deductions
* Supporting bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliation's and transaction processing
* Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service
* Working closely with the wider team to continuously improve processes and efficiencies
What the client is looking for:
* Experience in payroll processing within an accountancy practice or bureau environment
* Knowledge of payroll software such as Sage Payroll or Xero Payroll
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
