Office Coordinator Administration Apprentice
This apprenticeship places you at the centre of a busy project office, supporting site teams, visitors and consultants while building strong business administration skills in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the project office and manage the switchboard professionally
- Welcome visitors and present a positive, professional company image
- Provide general office and project administration support
- Maintain records, files and site documentation
- Support meeting organisation and office facilities
- Assist with document control and project systems
- Support site teams with sustainability data, apprenticeship records and reporting
- Help maintain health, safety, quality and environmental procedures
Essential
- Organised, reliable and keen to learn
- Confident communicating with different people
- Comfortable working as part of a team and using their own initiative
- Interested in administration, construction or project environments
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable
- Some previous work experience
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Compensation & Working Hours
38.75 hours per week, 8am to 16:30pm, Monday to Friday with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break. Pay: £9.30 per hour, £360.38 per week.
