We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Co-Ordinator to join our Operations team. This is a 9 month fixed term contract that's based in Ipswich office working on a hybrid basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their project management skills within a dynamic insurance brokerage environment. You will support the delivery of operational projects that enhance efficiency, compliance, and client service across the business.
The Role
Project Co-ordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing operational projects from initiation to completion.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including Books of Work and RACIs.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and contribute to implementing best practices.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure projects adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Support OMs: Provide administrative and analytical support to Operations leadership team.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Project Management, or related field.
Project Management certification is a plus but not essential
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with project management methodologies
