What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who can bring the right skills and mindset to the role. You might not meet all the criteria, and that's okay, transferable skills and experience are highly valued.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team of staff.
* Experience: You should have experience in café operations with high revenues.
* Communication: Strong communication skills.
* Customer Care: Develop and implement outstanding customer care standards and procedures.
* Training Orientation: Self-motivated, analytical, objective, innovative, and assertive.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of current Health, Safety, and Licensing Legislation, Food safety, and health and safety Regulations.
* Flexibility/Adaptability
* Integrity and ability to manage a team
* Impactful – Lead by example
* Analytical – consider margins, and manage waste within your unit
* Customer Service Focus
* Planning and organising – plan your rota in accordance with your unit, consider all factors. i.e weather, events etc.
* Financial and commercial development of a business or department.
* Flair for visual merchandising and product presentation.
* Formal hospitality qualifications eg NVQ level 3 or equivalent
* Training Orientated
* Self-motivated, analytical, objective, innovative and assertive.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy.
* Tenacity though and still being a Good Team Player.
* Able to work unsociable/ flexible hours.
