Main Responsibilities As a Senior Team Leader you will: Deliver Excellence in Dish Quality - working collaboratively with Production, Technical and NFD teams to ensure the consistent delivery of dishes of the highest quality. Drive Performance and Continuous Improvement - monitor and evaluate team performance through clear KPI's, training and regular feedback. Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality and process efficiency. Utilise data effectively to identify opportunities and implement focused improvement plans.
