What You'll Be Doing: Leading and allocating tasks to engineering team members Managing costs related to maintenance activities Ensuring critical systems (data centres, computer rooms, etc.) meet SLAs Operating change control and dilapidation plans Providing technical reports and emergency response support Monitoring utilities and environmental programmes Supporting audits and statutory compliance Liaising with EHS specialists to ensure safety and compliance Escalating urgent issues and maintaining documentation What We're Looking For: Qualified Electrician (Apprenticeship, HND, C&G) 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations - Essential Experience in data centres/critical environments - Desirable Strong knowledge of emergency protocols and environmental monitoring IOSH or equivalent H&S training Excellent communication and supplier management skills Experience with BMS Controls, HVAC, UPS, and Critical Cooling - Desirable Proficiency in MS Office and documentation systems Why Join CBRE?
