Job Title: Teacher of Maths/Maths Specialist
Protocol Education is working with an alternative provision in the Swindon area and is seeking a Teacher of Maths/Maths Specialist. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a school committed to empowering young people to thrive, reach their potential, and make a significant impact on their lives and education.
Hours: 08.30 - 16.00 (15.00 on Fridays)
Employment Type: Full-time. Part-time considered. The school is looking to offer permanent contracts.
Pay: Dependent on experience. QTS/ECT paid to scale.
The school aims to enable students in the provision to make better educational and life decisions. It provides opportunities to rebuild, reset, and restart their educational journey by equipping them with skills to face future challenges, including reintegration into mainstream education.
Due to the nature of the school, students may exhibit SEMH needs and challenging behaviors. Experience working in similar environments or with such behaviors is preferred but not essential.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is initially temporary, with potential for permanence later.
