What we're looking for
Our client, a France-based creative agency specializing in performance design for e-commerce brands and agencies, is seeking a Marketing Creative Assistant to support their creative operations. This role is central to helping clients launch high-performing ad campaigns by curating fresh inspiration, organizing product data, and offering copywriting assistance. With a global client base of over 100 eCommerce brands, the agency is scaling rapidly and needs someone who’s excited to grow with it.
Responsibilities
* Source and organize new ad creative inspiration across various platforms and tools.
* Input and structure product information using brand assets and marketing insights.
* Provide light copywriting support and campaign ideation in collaboration with creative tools and internal teams.
* Assist in generating marketing angles and ideas that support high-converting creative content.
* Maintain strong communication and empathy with design and client success teams.
* 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
* High level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Strong sense of discretion and respect for client confidentiality and intellectual property.
* Familiarity with marketing tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms is a plus.
Nice to Have
* Prior experience in a remote or asynchronous team setting.
* A background in performance marketing or e-commerce branding.
* Visual eye for ad creatives and understanding of what makes an ad effective.
