Location – Luton
Full-Time | Permanent | 4-Day Working Week | No Weekends
£12.98 per hour (£27, per annum) + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £33,+)
Buy It Direct is one of the UK’s leading online retailers. As our Appliances, Better Bathrooms, Furniture and Laptops businesses continue to grow, we’re expanding our Home Delivery & Installation team in Luton.
We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.
You’ll start by delivering one-man goods, including white goods and electrical items.
For those with the right attitude and technical mindset, there is a clear progression pathway into an Electrical Driver Installer role, no previous installation experience required.
We’ll provide full training. You bring the drive to learn and develop.

What You’ll Be Doing
6. Delivering goods safely using a 3.5-tonne vehicle
7. Providing a professional, friendly service in customers’ homes
8. Completing digital paperwork and delivery records accurately
9. Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness
10. Handling appliances and electrical goods safely
Are you:
11. A dependable and safety-conscious driver
12. Customer-focused with great communication skills
13. Comfortable with manual handling and physically active work
14. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
15. Keen to develop technical skills and build a long-term career
What We’re Looking For
16. Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
17. Delivery experience is beneficial but not essential
18. Positive attitude and willingness to learn installation skills
