Well-regarded, large commercial law firm in the City is looking to recruit an Employee Incentives lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE. The team has a strong reputation for the work it does in executive remuneration and incentives matters. They cover a broad range of matters in this area including establishing a wide range of cash-based and share-based incentive plans for listed and private companies in the UK and globally. They also advise on the share scheme/ incentive plan aspects of corporate transactions, including takeovers, IPOs, rights issues, demergers and schemes of arrangement, as well as advising on the remuneration aspects of executive recruitment and termination and advising financial institutions on the implementation and effect of the FSA's Remuneration Code. Ideally, the successful candidate will already specialise in Employee Incentives matters. However, our client will also consider Corporate Tax lawyers who undertake Employee Incentives matters as part of their overall mix of work and have a desire to fully focus on Incentives matters.
