* Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis.
* Base salary range: $83,212. – $92,231 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity
* As Payroll Officer you are responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll processing.
* You will provide high-level support, advice and administration of payroll transactional activities to support the day-to-day operations of the University business units and work areas.
* Contribute to a service-orientated culture to deliver operational and service excellence and will contribute within the team to the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
* Substantial relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level in a related role.
* Highly developed organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to adapt to change and be flexible.
* Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) aPay (Ascender Pay) highly desirable.
Special Requirements

* A current National Police Clearance.
