We now have a fantastic Technical Support and Training opportunity within the Survey division. Your principle accountabilities will be:-
1. To carry out training courses either on site at a customer’s location or at one of our Countrywide Survey Training centres
2. Plan and prepare the training based on the customer’s needs and requirements
3. Be prepared to work with multiple manufactures including Leica, Trimble and Topcon
4. Provide Technical Support on the phone as well as solving problems on site, using attention to detail and make sure the customer is happy
5. Attend Industry exhibitions and Demo Days
6. Be a member of a dynamic team and provide input at team meetings
7. Be willing to travel and stay away from home

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:
8. Experience in either Engineering or Surveying fields.
9. Experience with Total Stations, GNSS and Levelling & Utility Surveying
10. Experience in one of the following manufactures equipment: Leica Trimble or Topcon
11. Experience in Laser Scanning (Optional).
12. Experience with Machine Control (Optional)
13. Experience with Cats & Genny’s & GPR (Optional)
14. Effective planning and organising skills with strong attention to detail and close adherence to Company standards and procedures.
15. Ability to communicate at all levels.
16. Excellent customer service skills.
17. Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
