Im currently supporting an innovative engineering organisation working on highly advanced electronic and embedded technology projects within a safety-critical environment.
They’re looking for a Senior Electronic Design Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering cutting-edge hardware and FPGA solutions.
âś…Key responsibilities include:
â–Ş FPGA firmware development using VHDL/Verilog
â–Ş Embedded systems development
â–Ş Full product lifecycle involvement from requirements through to integration & verification
â–Ş Digital & analogue electronic circuit design
â–Ş PCB schematic capture/layout support using Altium
â–Ş Technical leadership & mentorship within the engineering team
What they’re looking for:
âś” Strong FPGA development experience (Intel Quartus / AMD Vivado)
âś” Solid background in digital electronics & embedded systems
âś” Experience across the full engineering lifecycle
âś” Understanding of PCB design & real-time systems
âś” Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
âž• Exposure to MATLAB, Python or C
âž• Experience within complex or safety-critical engineering environments
