As our Housing, Health & Safety Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how housing is managed across the organisation – from regulated activity sites to dispersed accommodation. Working closely with Operations, you'll ensure all our properties are safe, compliant, well maintained and fully aligned with statutory and regulatory housing requirements.
This is a role for someone who lives for influence and impact. You'll advise senior leaders, engage with regulators and local authorities, support tenants and services, and help shape housing strategy and policy for the future. If you're passionate about great housing, confident navigating regulation, and motivated to make a real difference every day, this could be the perfect next step for you.
