Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will:
* Conduct regular maintenance and repair work on a wide range of air conditioning systems to ensure peak performance.
* Perform small to medium-sized AC installations, including NVHR systems.
* Work with top-tier systems such as Mitsubishi, Daikin, Panasonic, Samsung, and Fujitsu (VRV/VRF, single split, and multi-split systems).
* Maintain precise and accurate records of service, maintenance, and repairs.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by promptly addressing maintenance and service requests.
* Operate independently with efficiency while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer with a solid track record in the industry.
* Extensive knowledge of leading air conditioning manufacturers and systems.
* Relevant professional certifications, including City & Guilds or NVQs in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, and FGas CAT1.
* Familiarity with BS-EN78 compliance standards.
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
* An ability to work autonomously as well as thrive in a team setting.
* IPAF & PASMA certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Day-to-Day
Your responsibilities on a daily basis will include:
* Traveling to client sites (with door-to-door travel time compensated) to perform maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting.
* Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on AC systems efficiently.
* Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure smooth project execution.
* Staying up to date with the latest advancements in HVAC technologies and industry standards through company-provided training.
* Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner while delivering exceptional customer service.
