Essential Criteria BREEAM Accredited Professional or BREEAM Assessor status. Strong experience delivering sustainability consultancy within the built-environment sector. Proven project leadership experience across RIBA stages. Competency in building performance modelling (e.g., Part L, Part O, overheating, operational energy). Experience delivering BREEAM, HQM or WELL assessments. Ability to lead client workshops and communicate complex information clearly. Experience mentoring junior team members and delegating project tasks. Strong knowledge of energy strategies, whole-life carbon, net-zero frameworks. Desirable Criteria Experience with TM54, NABERS UK, ApacheSim/IES or PHPP. Knowledge of circular economy, environmental impact assessments, or climate adaptation.
