Temp PA – Finance Company | Cardiff (Hybrid)
We’re hiring a Temporary Personal Assistant to support four Directors at a well-established finance company based in Cardiff.
🗓️ Start Date: ASAP – Until end of December
📍 Location: Cardiff Central – 3 days in office, 2 days from home
💰 Salary: £20 – 22ph
Key Responsibilities:
* Diary management for multiple Directors
* Travel coordination – to include hotel and restaurant bookings
* Meeting organisation – scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups
* Document control – ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
* General PA support in a fast-paced, professional environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous PA experience is essential – you’ll need to hit the ground running
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
* Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
