Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including all vehicles and equipment.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
* Monitor and maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
* Manage a team of drivers and mechanics, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.

* Monitor fuel usage and implement strategies to reduce fuel consumption.
* Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management.
* Knowledge of transportation laws, regulations, and safety standards.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
* Proficient in using fleet management software.
* Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
* Valid driver's license.
